I began my work as a somatic therapist in the quiet hills of central Portugal, guiding people through deep, hands-on healing. It was intimate and meaningful, but small, and I could feel the work wanting to reach further than the room we were in.

A turning point came while travelling through Cambodia. Watching people move toward factory shifts before sunrise, I felt a sharp recognition, how many of us, in our own ways, live inside systems that shrink us. It showed me that online spaces aren’t superficial; they’re gateways. Tools for expression, autonomy, and possibility when the world feels tight.

So I gathered everything I’d lived and learned: decades of spiritual study, somatic training, my eye for aesthetics, my love of culture, communication, and visibility. I taught myself how to translate embodied depth into the digital world without losing its intimacy.

Now based in Bangkok, my work supports women around the world to grow visible, meaningful businesses without overriding their bodies or nervous systems. My mission is simple: to help women step into visibility in a way that feels powerful, grounded, and deeply human, for themselves, and for the world we’re all trying to build.
